Terms of Service

These Terms govern all sales of Solar EVA/POE encapsulation films by Foshan Ruihong Industry & Trade Co., Ltd ("Supplier") to business customers ("Buyer").

Applicability

These terms apply exclusively to B2B transactions. Any conflicting terms in buyer's documents are expressly rejected unless agreed in writing.

2.1 Quotation Validity

All price quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are subject to raw material market fluctuations.

2.2 Minimum Order Quantity

Standard MOQ: 1 container (20GP) per film type. Custom orders require separate negotiation and technical validation.

2.3 Order Confirmation

Orders become binding only after written confirmation from Foshan Ruihong with production schedule.

5.1 Quality Commitment

We guarantee our EVA/POE films meet industry standards:

• Optical transmittance > 91% (ASTM D1003)
• Peel strength > 100 N/cm (IEC 62788-5-1)
• Yellowing index ΔYI < 2 after 3000h UV testing
• Moisture content < 0.5% (Karl Fischer method)

5.2 Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage (temperature > 30°C, humidity > 60%) or incorrect lamination parameters.
